www.CatawbaCoops.com is a great website that has chicken coop plans for sale for only $19.99. The plans are not only functional, but also pretty great looking. The author seems to be on top of things, and is an avid chicken man - so you have to give him a shot. He raises chickens in an urban environment, and I'm quite sure his plans will work well in the country as well. We reviewed his entire site and found in quite complete. He has a FAQ section, which is always nice, and he has also launched a chicken "blog". We're hoping that means he is the one posting the content... not the birds! In any case, the site is top notch, much better than most chicken websites that we have found, and we highly recommend checking it out. For about 20 bucks, you really can get a decent plan, and you certainly don't want to try to put your birds in a sub par coop. Either they'll get away, or something will get to them - neither is a great scenario!
